Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are now looking for a Brand Designer to join our forward-looking team.

Who You Are

  • You think beyond individual layouts and focus on building cohesive visual systems;
  • You know how to build and scale design platforms: guidelines, rules, libraries, and shared resources for the whole team;
  • You understand how a brand’s visual language is formed and can maintain its consistency across all channels;
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on design and are not afraid to get your hands dirty;
  • You take ownership of the brand’s visual language across both digital and offline environments.

What You Do

  • Design and develop the brand’s visual system: styles, principles, patterns, and rules;
  • Create and maintain design libraries and templates in Figma, building a solid foundation for other designers;
  • Prepare brand books and guidelines for internal and external use;
  • Define the visual foundation for presentations, banners, websites, and marketing and brand materials;
  • Independently execute promotional tasks: marketing creatives, campaigns, and special projects;
  • Work with offline materials: print, merchandise, and brand artifacts;
  • Ensure visual consistency of the brand across all touchpoints;
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to maintain a unified visual direction.

What You Know

  • Have 3+ years of experience in digital products, IT companies, platforms, ecosystems, or SaaS;
  • Are highly proficient in Figma and understand how to build design systems and libraries;
  • Have strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
  • Think at a system and scale level, not only within individual tasks;
  • Have experience or a strong interest in motion design and animation (After Effects is a plus, but not mandatory);
  • Use AI tools in design (Midjourney, Runway, confident prompting) or are ready to actively integrate them into your workflow;
  • Have experience in the gaming industry or iGaming - this will be a strong advantage.
