Due to the active growth of the company, we are looking for a Head of Delivery to join our progressive team. Preferred locations are Poland, Serbia, Romania, however a fully remote format is also possible (with a time difference of no more than ±1–2 hours from CET).

In the role of Head of Delivery at TRUE LABS, you will be responsible for the efficiency and scaling of game development processes across the entire company. You will build and improve delivery processes, synchronize production with product strategy and business goals, and ensure the stable and high-quality release of games. Your leadership, systemic thinking and ability to manage complex cross-functional processes will help teams move faster and more efficiently - from idea to release and further product development. With your strategic approach and strong production management, you will directly influence the quality, speed and scale of development of the TRUE LABS game portfolio.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Build, implement and continuously improve delivery processes - from game concept to release;
  • Plan game production, allocate resources and manage team workload in accordance with the company roadmap and business priorities;
  • Lead the full cycle of game development: from pre-production and development to launch and post-release support;
  • Coordinate additional production initiatives within game development (release of individual game and non-game features, implementation of business requests and other cross-functional tasks);
  • Anticipate possible risks and bottlenecks in production, implement solutions to prevent them and improve delivery processes;
  • Ensure effective use of production and task management tools (Jira, Notion, Excel, etc.);
  • Develop and mentor Delivery Managers, helping to build a strong and effective delivery team;
  • Establish effective collaboration between Product, game development teams, Business and other key teams;
  • Manage cooperation with external contractors and partners, controlling deadlines, budget and quality of task execution.

YOUR OWNERSHIP

  • Timely, high-quality and efficient game production within the company’s budgets and plans;
  • Development and scaling of the Delivery team, including team structure, roles and internal processes;
  • Synchronization of cross-functional teams to successfully implement product strategy and roadmap;
  • Optimization and development of production processes and tools (Jira, Notion, Excel, etc.);
  • High-level control of certification processes together with the Certification Manager and integration of market requirements into production processes;
  • Implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives related to both gaming and non-gaming products;
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of external contractors and vendors involved in development processes.

WHAT YOU KNOW

  • More than 5 years of experience in managing production, project or delivery processes, including at least 2 years in iGaming or game development;
  • Proven experience in managing complex development processes involving multiple teams;
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing releases in scalable production environments;
  • Practical experience working with task management and collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc.);
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to build effective collaboration between teams and make strategic decisions;
  • English level B2 or higher (C1 preferred);
  • Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered a plus.
