We’re currently looking for a Lead Game Designer / Head of Product to help us develop and enhance modern iGaming projects.

WHO YOU ARE

As a Lead Game Designer / Head of Product you define the vision and gameplay of our iGaming products. You shape features, mechanics, and user journeys while ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance, and player expectations. Your role connects creativity with strategy, driving both product value and engaging player experiences.

WHAT YOU KNOW

  • 5+ years in game design, product ownership, or related roles (iGaming a strong plus);
  • Deep understanding of slot mechanics, math modeling, and player psychology;
  • Strong skills in documentation, wireframing, and balance design;
  • Proficiency with design and product tools (Jira, Figma, Excel, Unity/engines);
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to align teams and stakeholders;
  • Business awareness: understanding of KPIs, regulations, and market trends;
  • English proficiency for writing documentation and reading technical specs.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Collaborate with the CPO and Delivery Manager to create a high-level product roadmap with clear ETAs and deadlines;
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and differentiation;
  • Define and validate core mechanics, features, and engagement loops that fit both market demand and brand identity;
  • Craft compelling game scenarios and user journeys that elevate entertainment and retention;
  • Validate ideas with prototypes, playtests, and performance data;
  • Build and maintain clear game design documentation: feature specs, math models, user flows, and GDDs;
  • Communicate with the development teams, providing guidance, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision;
  • Ensure products deliver both fun gameplay and strong business performance (RTP, retention, monetization KPIs).
