Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are now looking for an Account Executive to join our forward-looking team. The preferable locations are Poland, Serbia, Romania but it could be fully remote work (with the location +/- 1-2 hours from CET zone only).

As an Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in the company, tasked with achieving sales targets through a list of managed accounts. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ultimately driving revenue growth within the assigned account portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the online gambling industry landscape.

What do you do?

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of managed accounts within the gambling industry, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas assigned for the managed account portfolio, utilizing effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Solution / Business Impact Selling: Position company products and services effectively to address client needs and objectives, proposing solutions that align with their goals and drive value.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential within the account portfolio.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline for the assigned accounts, tracking opportunities from prospecting to closure and ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, proactively addressing issues and concerns to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the gambling industry, leveraging this knowledge to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product Development to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and initiatives.

What do you know/have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field and/or
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the online gambling industry or a related field (min. +2 years of experience)
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software, with experience in managing and tracking sales pipelines.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service based on positive business impact.
  • Knowledge of online gambling industry regulations, products, and services preferred.
  • Strong communication and written ability in English is essential (an additional language would be an asset)
