Due to rapid growth, we are expanding our Client Partnerships team and are looking for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will drive global distribution of the TrueLab portfolio by acquiring new partners, closing deals, and launching direct integrations with operators and aggregators in the iGaming industry.

WHO YOU ARE

You combine strong commercial thinking with the ability to build trust-based partnerships:

  • Proactive and comfortable with outbound prospecting and deal closing;
  • A confident negotiator who can articulate product value and handle objections;
  • Structured and KPI-driven, with a clear approach to pipeline management;
  • Relationship-oriented, focused on long-term partnerships;
  • A team player who collaborates well with Account, Product, Legal, and Integration teams.

WHAT YOU DO

As a Business Development Manager, your work will focus on:

  • Sourcing and engaging new operators, casinos, and aggregators;
  • Preparing and negotiating commercial offers and contracts;
  • Managing deals end-to-end, from first contact to launch;
  • Coordinating direct game integrations with internal teams and partners;
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities;
  • Building and maintaining strong long-term partner relationships;
  • Handing over launched partners to the Account team;
  • Reporting on sales performance and KPIs;
  • Representing True Labs at industry conferences and events (frequent travel).

WHAT YOU KNOW

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager with a focus on new client acquisition;
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including C-level communication;
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools;
  • A high level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability;
  • Business-level English (C2);
  • A strong interest in the iGaming industry.

Nice to have:

  • iGaming experience and an existing partner network (LATAM or Crypto Casino is a plus);
  • EU Blue Card.
