Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are now looking for an Aggregators and Platforms Account Manager to join our forward-looking team. The preferable locations are Poland, Serbia, Romania but it could be fully remote work (with the location +/- 1-2 hours from CET zone only).

As an Aggregators and Platforms Account Manager at True Labs, you take full ownership of driving GGR growth from Aggregators and Platforms, turning opportunities for improvements and enablement of new brands and operators into consistent revenue streams. Your strategic approach, combined with your ability to build strong relationships and optimize processes, ensures that you contribute directly to the company’s sales success. By leveraging your expertise in campaign management, data analysis, and collaboration, you help True Labs achieve its ambitious growth objectives while delivering exceptional value to clients.

WHAT YOU DO

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth from Aggregators and Platforms accounts within the gambling industry segment.
  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize targeted campaigns to effectively engage unmanaged accounts thru Aggregators and Platforms and drive sales.
  • Programmatic Approach: Utilize programmatic techniques and technologies to automate and optimize sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats within the gambling industry, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Aggregators and Platforms accounts, understanding their needs and objectives to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company standards, relevant regulations and industry standards within the online gambling sector.

WHAT YOU KNOW

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree preferred;
  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales management or business development within the gambling industry, with a focus on driving revenue growth;
  • Strong understanding of campaign management and programmatic approaches, preferably within a digital marketing context;
  • Previous experience of Distributor, Channel Sales or Partnership management;
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients;
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of gambling industry regulations requirements preferred;
  • Strong communication and written ability in English is essential (an additional language would be an asset).

  • Successful implementation of Projects and initiatives targeted on sales efficiency;
