Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are now looking for an Sales Operations Manager to join our forward-looking team. The preferable locations are Poland, Serbia, Romania, Georgia but it could be fully remote work (with the location +/- 1-2 hours from CET zone only).

As an Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Department operations within our company.

This position is responsible for optimizing processes, practices, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately aiding in the achievement of sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for driving operational excellence within a dynamic sales environment.

What do you do?

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes and workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and implement tools, resources, and training programs to empower the sales team and enhance their effectiveness in generating revenue.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans, aligning resources and priorities to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Tools Management: Evaluate, implement, and maintain sales tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized to support sales operations and enhance productivity.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards, providing insights into key performance indicators and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Product Development to ensure alignment of sales operations with overall company objectives.
  • Sales Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, providing guidance and support to the sales team as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the implementation and utilization of CRM systems, optimizing data management practices to enhance customer interactions and sales processes.

What do you know?

To shine in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Advanced degree preferred and/or
  • Proven experience in sales operations or sales management within the gambling industry or a related field (min. +3 years of experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools, with experience in implementation and administration preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of gambling industry regulations and market dynamics preferred.
  • Strong communication and written ability in English is essential (an additional language would be an asset)
