Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are now looking for a Marketing Designer to join our forward-looking team. The preferable locations are Poland, Serbia, Romania but it could be fully remote work (with the location +/- 1-2 hours from CET zone only).

As a Marketing Designer you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports the company’s marketing goals, strengthens brand perception, and drives audience engagement. The role combines creative design and motion with a strong understanding of marketing, covering projects from concept to final delivery while exploring new visual styles, animation techniques, design trends, and AI-powered creative tools.

  • You are curious about new design trends, motion graphics, and AI-powered creative tools.

WHAT YOU DO

Motion Design (approximately 70%)

  • Create promotional videos for new game launches;
  • Produce marketing videos for social media campaigns;
  • Create animations for exhibitions, websites, landing pages, and digital advertising;
  • Develop animated assets for product announcements, trailers, and teasers;
  • Animate logos, typography, UI elements, and marketing graphics;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Game Art teams to transform game assets into engaging marketing content;
  • Maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity across all motion materials.

Graphic Design (approximately 30%)

  • Create social media visuals and promotional materials;
  • Adapt marketing assets for different platforms and formats;
  • Design branding materials for exhibitions and industry events.

Creative Collaboration

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation;
  • Contribute creative concepts for marketing campaigns and game launches.

WHAT YOU KNOW

Experience

  • iGaming experience is a must — you need to understand what high-quality B2C marketing content in this industry looks and feels like;
  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer;
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both motion and graphic design work.

Software

Proficiency in:

  • Adobe After Effects;
  • Adobe Photoshop;
  • Adobe Illustrator.

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro;
  • Adobe Media Encoder;
  • Adobe InDesign;
  • Figma;
  • Blender, Cinema 4D or other 3D software (nice to have);
  • AI tools for creative production (Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Kling, etc.) are a plus.

Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of motion design principles, pacing, composition, and storytelling;
  • Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and branding;
  • Ability to create marketing creatives that capture attention within the first few seconds;
  • Experience adapting assets for different formats and social media platforms;
  • Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of creative assets;
  • English — B1+
