As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Delivery Manager who will help us ensure predictable, transparent, and high-quality game delivery - from concept to release.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will support the full game development lifecycle. On a daily basis, you will:

• Plan and control timelines, resources, and roadmap execution;
• Synchronize Product, Art, Design, Development, QA, and other teams;
• Maintain clear visibility of status: progress, priorities, dependencies, and risks;
• Track and report development scope, timelines, and budget;
• Identify blockers and inefficiencies and implement improvements;
• Optimize, document, and scale production processes.

What You Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of experience in Project/Delivery Management (iGaming/IT experience is a plus);
• Understanding of game production pipelines, Agile/Scrum, and release management;
• Experience working with Jira, Notion, and Excel;
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
• English level B2 or higher;
• Experience in process automation is a plus.
